Hi, This issue popped up in the last couple of weeks in our testing Sandbox environment. We've been using Text Anchors to configure all our signatures, so we have a FULLNAME block, and a corresponding Date signed that gets auto-populated on signature.

Based on past investigation and a recent onespan posting it appears callbacks remain the only way to get email bounce back, and pin lockout notification. This information would be beneficial via the APIs. If reluctant to have it be in the signer status... as signature pending is considered valid...

Hi, We are implementing electronic signature capture on some of our documents and I'm currently in the process of setting up outgoing notifications to customer once signature has been obtained. i.e signing ceremony is complete. For speed, I used the sandbox.
