I've tried to send a new transaction without success for different reasons. I've resolved all of them but this one does make sense since I have different customIds and data like email can be the same for differen Signers, What am I missing?

In my current setup, I have a main custom object with two buttons: "Generate Contract" and "Send For Sign Off". The first button uses Conga Composer to generate the contract document and saves it to the main custom object.

I have run the UI based transaction report and only the sender information is provided in the excel file.
I have run the delegation report which only provides me the delegation activities, nothing transaction level related.

We recently put in place a listener that is supposed to pull all completed documents as you would expect. The customer is reporting that there are a large number of documents that didn't get pulled from the OSS cloud. They all were created by the same sender using bulk send.
