Hello Duo,  We are designing a multi step form for document signing process. My question is just as in onespan, whenever the signing is completed by all the recipient, there is the option of reviewing the documents as well as downloading it.
KBA failure max tries not being enforced. Signers never get locked

We have set up our account with maximum allowed KBA failures = 3 but ESL is allowing seemingly unlimited invalid retries. So, signers never get locked and the KBA_FAILURE and SIGNER_LOCKED emails and callback notifications don't get sent.
missing package details when search package.

Hi there, I just start to use this function in our platform, and when I try to fetch all packages' info, I notice the response only contains 1 package details even the "count" value is 2. Could you pls help to check?
Retrieving SENT packages returns a COMPLETED package

Hello, I tried to make an API call to retrieve incomplete SENT packages, but the results included a COMPLETED package along with SENT packages. All COMPLETED pakcages were not returned, just one was.  Here is the call:

Hi There, According to the requirements we have, if a person doesn't completes the purchase by paying but has signed the documents, if that person comes back again after certain number of days, he needs to do the whole transaction again.
