Hi,
Currently we are getting the error when we sent the same Package ID where signer Opt Out and reinitiating the Signature.
Please confirm whether this will accept the request or not.

Hi,
I am working on a scenario where I need to send a package for eSign on behalf of a sender from an "account" different from that of the Sender.
Each package could have different sender or I can use a sender that I used in an earlier package.

Hi Team,
We are using POST reminders api to schedule reminders. Initialy, we are creating package in DRAFT status.
Secondly, we are calling reminders POST api to set reminders.
As a response, we are getting 404 error.

Hi,
I'm integrating with the e-sign live api and have had some trouble with certain pdfs causing the signing ceremony to give me a blank page. After the package is created and a url is created the window appears blank. (Even the default-consent document won't show up).

I'm sending transactions on behalf of other users through the API.
I have the users set up with Role Sender. I was able to successfully send on their behalf in our testing onespan environment.

The customer keeps getting random OneSpan signature failures when users try to send a document for signature. The same transaction works sometime and not others.

Hi,
I have installed the OneSpan Sign for SharePoint Online but when I try to access to the connector I am getting an error. Does anyone know how to solve this issue or is because the connector is deprecated?
