HI, Every time When I create template, a default document named "Electronic Disclosures and Signatures Consent" is created. I don't want this document. Is there a way to do this? Thanks Zeeshan Hanif

What parameter can I use on a capture tag, to set the fromfile value to true. I cannot find it anywhere. This is what I've tried, but it is not a valid parameter:

I'm having trouble sending a PDF with text tags to the /api/packages endpoint. My PDF is sent as base-64 encoded, and that string is "pasted" into a document when it reaches my eSignLive account. I'd like for the string to be decoded, so that the new package contains a copy of my original PDF.

Hi, I've been trying to send multiple packages asynchonously. After some testing, I discovered that it cannot truly run in parallel because EslClient.CreatePackage(DocumentPackage) acts as a bottleneck for my application.

Hello Support Team, I am using .Net SDK for esign designer view.  Currently, I am using PDF files for esigning that is working as expected. but, I want to know that how many documents types (other than PDF) are supported by onespan for esigning?
