Hi, I´m using /api/packages/{packageId}/attachment/{attachmentId} to dowload documents of a package that has been signged, how ever I´m getting a "404 Resource not found" error.

I'm having trouble sending a PDF with text tags to the /api/packages endpoint. My PDF is sent as base-64 encoded, and that string is "pasted" into a document when it reaches my eSignLive account. I'd like for the string to be decoded, so that the new package contains a copy of my original PDF.

Through the REST API, make the email notifications configurable much like configuring the signing ceremony layout on a package by package basis. The user experience can be somewhat confusing when one completes a sign ceremony online and then receives an email requesting a signature.

Hi, Using Fast Track mechanism, once the package is sent for signing, the signed package is named as the name of the template used in creating the fast track. We have a scenario wherein we are subscribing to the package-complete notification and have a code that gets executed on receipt of that no
