Hello,
I have a template which is has a 47 documents inside it. when I am creating the Package based on this template it is taking long time to generate the document package. it is taking around 47 seconds to be generated.

we create a package through REST call(https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages) and upload the files to them incrementally with separate REST calls(https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages/{packageId}/documents).

Hello, what is the maximum number of characters allowed in the package name? The JavaDoc for the method PackageBuilder.newPackageNamed() states:

According to the requirements we have, if a person doesn't completes the purchase by paying but has signed the documents, if that person comes back again after certain number of days, he needs to do the whole transaction again.

We're using the .NET SDK for OneSpan Sign. When creating a package, we're receiving a message that we've placed an object (presumably the signature) outside the page boundary. The full error details from the SDK are below.

I tried to implement "Create and Send a Package with the .NET SDK" but got following error.
Could not create a new package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. HTTP POST on URI https://sandbox.e-signlive.com/api/packages.

Hello, I was able to create an URL Snippet to automatically create a package from a convention. However, in my use case, I would like the URL to create the package and automatically allow the signer to sign in person.

I have an issue where I am adding 2 signers to a package that have the same name. They have unique IDs and different email addresses.
