My company has a need to retrieve the actual signing stroke data that results from a CAPTURE type signature. It appears that this data is available already, but I cannot find documentation for the format of that data.

I am also finding it difficult to set the correct href. When I use the example 'www.google.com' when the button is clicked it has a query string attached. When I use a my own url urlencoded spaces are inserted or it redirects to esignLive's sandbox url and comes back with no transaction found.

Hi, from the documentation, there are 3 pre-defined roles: admin, manager and sender. Another concept is about 'owner' as user type? what's the difference between 'owner' vs roles? and can anyone be 'Owner'?   thanks, Cindy

Hi - I am using the document retrieval URL. (/packages/:packageId/document/:documentId/pdf) When I receive the PDF on my end, the document is password protected. Is there a way to turn this off? I assume this would happen at the point of package creation. Thanks
Create Package fails with Client App Authentication

Hello,   Create package API is failing with client app authentication whereas the same works with API key.   I used SDK version 11.34 for client app and 11.15 for API key. Can someone please help wth the below issue?
