Hello, We have a business client who would strongly prefer that the signing experience does not redirect to the OneSpan sign-up/login page after session expiration.

What are the session timeouts for a signer?  How long do they have when signing a document to fill it out, etc... I don't see a setting anywhere that we can change.  Can it be changed by support? Thanks

Hi,   I am working on a scenario where I need to send a package for eSign on behalf of a sender from an "account" different from that of the Sender. Each package could have different sender or I can use a sender that I used in an earlier package.

Hi, for InPerson signing, we manually launch signing ceremony with  GET https://sandbox.e-signlive.ca/access?sessionToken=token from Postman, I got the response as sessionId such as  {
