Hi there, I have been trying to update documents that have FULL_NAME signers to HAND_DRAWN signers using the JAVA SDK.

We're using OneSpanSDK to generate e-signatures for clients, we're maybe generating ~800 per day. Every now and again a client will receive an Unauthorized Access Failed to validate token.

I hear from Account Reps at my Company that DocuSign has a feature that sends them an Email if the Signer has opened the Email sent to them by DocuSign. My ESign Customer Success Representative has informed my Colleague that ESign can do the same thing.
