Hi I noticed there is a method in iOS mobile sdk, allows to sign with session token. I am wondering if it is possible to use our server API to get that session token from eSignLive server and pass it down to mobile apps? I know this sounds weird b/c we should have one session token per session (be

Hi, We are using the REST API service for eSignLive Integration. Observed that, sign navigation is not being displayed for IOS Device in Safari browser and received the update that this is known issue and will be addressed in Q4 .

Hello, I'm trying to change a signer using .Net API's as below. The code runs perfectly but not sure if the change happened at eSignLive side or not.When the new signer try to access the document he gets an unexpected error.

We have a need to create a transaction entirely programmatically without displaying any type of UI. To my knowledge this is possible through the use of templates.

Shared Templates/Layouts Created By Terminated Users

We have some users who have created many shared templates/layouts for our employees to use in OneSpan Sign, but have never sent any packages themselves. If one of these users leaves the company, I am assuming their templates/layouts will be removed if we delete their account; is that correct?

We're using OneSpanSDK to generate e-signatures for clients, we're maybe generating ~800 per day. Every now and again a client will receive an Unauthorized Access Failed to validate token.
