After creating a package, I get the session token for that package, and return the access signing URL which I pass to an iframe. The ceremony comes up but with this error at the top in a red box: “Unexpected error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, please try again.

We have set up our account with maximum allowed KBA failures = 3 but ESL is allowing seemingly unlimited invalid retries. So, signers never get locked and the KBA_FAILURE and SIGNER_LOCKED emails and callback notifications don't get sent.

I noticed that our callbacks were not working in the sandbox and when I logged in to take a look at the callback settings, I noticed the callback key was no longer there. I see that OAuth 2.0 was added and there is an option to select Basic which seems to be what was there before.

 I’ve actually faced this problem, and I had a PDF that I could open but couldn’t print or copy anything from—it was really frustrating.

We need to remove the ability for users to download the signed PDF through the web interface, both via the emailed signature request and the browser based version (using host/access?sessionToken={mytoken}).

I already have created the package and now want to add documents to it. I have file data in a byte array from the database. How do I add a document to the package with the byte array? Thanks Colleen
