I noticed that our callbacks were not working in the sandbox and when I logged in to take a look at the callback settings, I noticed the callback key was no longer there. I see that OAuth 2.0 was added and there is an option to select Basic which seems to be what was there before.

Signing ceremony is required to collect signature or ‘Click to Sign’ option from user using eSign UI. When user chooses ‘Click to Sign’ option, he or she does not need to sign in signing text pad.

I am trying to use ceremony settings in salesforce to customize various options, but they do not seem to render. Please help me understand what i am missing. I could not find appropriate documentation for each node.

We are running into an issue where we have a SSN field that we need the signer to fill out, and want validation on it. I have set the Format to the SSN setting in my PDF and it works as designed. However once we upload and send out that as a OneSpan document we are losing that functionality.

Hi How can i find out from the object docs if a field is mandatory or optional. For example Firstname is mandatory for creating a signer , but the docs dont seem to indicate that it is.

Hie, I am adding fields to pdf using approval(in json format). It is working fine for every type of fields(TEXTFIELD, CHECKBOX) except I can only see a single SIGNATURE capturing field even if I've added two/three of them inside json. Am I missing something ?
Creating package using REST API Text Tag not working

Hi All, I followed instructions provided in https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/text-tags-extraction/ "REST API" tab Also "Code Share" hyperlink does not have any code sample to download. Using postman REST API client I am able to create package in esignlive but for some reason
I want to close the signing ceremony tab when user click done

We create a package from our Salesforce API and redirect the user to signing url in case of in person signing.
