Good day, Our users are about to create a new group, and they want to validate, verify, re-use or modify the default.consent.document from a previous team.
What could be causing this?

Hello folks. We have made a fairly innocuous change to a PDF template agreement, just the text of an address, however when rendering this on the e-signature page of our application instead of the new text, we get some strange garbled capitalised text. Looks a bit like this:
