We just updated to the .NET SDK to version 11.0.0.
Since then we are getting the following error:
Could not create an authentication token for a signer. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

Hi,
We have been trying to sign all documents using the canadian REST API (e-signlive.ca/api)
We tried creating a package with the code provided on https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/sign-documents/ .
We added a role ('Sender') and approval for this role.

I am trying to use the mobileCapture feature - when I open the document on a PC and click on the "Sign with Mobile Device" button - I get a message that "the requested feature is not available with the current license"
Also i am unable to use the Position Anchors with the mobileCapture using the c
