Hi,
I have a scenario for a package with 1 document and 2 signers, only 1 signer required to sign the document.
when this package sent , both of the signers received the activate email (1 signer for signing, and another signer just review - no signature required.

In our application, I am using the code below to get the documents eSigned Automatically in the sandbox account. There are two documents that needs to be signed and each document is only 70-100kb in size, but the signing process takes about 7~8 seconds to complete the signing.

First time using the API. I have a document with 2 signers, and the first signer receives the email from OneSpan indicating the need to sign, with a 'GO TO DOCUMENTS' button in the email. But clicking on the link opens a page that only states:

We are generating a form with two fields that are intended for write back. We are able to populate these fields and they are appearing on the document after the users signs. The file on the OSS server has the document with the fields correctly populated on the form.
