When user change email address (ex: email domain changed or user get married) results in a new account generated in OneSpan eSign. So there is a chance for a user to lose access to his/her documents and results in duplicate user accounts.

I tried creating package using json body and sending file content as base64 encoded string but I get this error {"messageKey":"error.validation.sendPackage.noApprovals","message":"Cannot send package without approvals.","code":400,"name":"Validation Error"}.

What is the user experience like with an iFrame on a mobile device? Is it responsive? If not, can the iframe initial load go directly to the signature placeholder? And for the user to review document, panning and pinch zooming would be required? Thanks.

Hi, We plan to used signed documents with our custumer. The document we will use is already signed by one of our managers. When we use one signed document, the first signature is lost. DMN

Is there a way to get notifications from eSignLive when certain events happen? For example, if we send out a document for signature and the person signs or declines the package, is there a way to receive notifications about this so our system can react appropriately?

Hi my requirement is I want to download the templates and use them in offline signature capture? Does iOS sdk support downloading of templates and and applying them on documents in offline? Can templates be edited with pre populated data in offline using iOS sdk?
