Hi,
I'm trying to send an extra document to an existing package (with no document) using the REST API endpoint /api/packages/{packageId}/documents.
Doing so returns me a "406 Not Acceptable" error, which doesn't tell me much on what is wrong.

I use the Designer (transaction/{package_id}/design) in an iFrame in our WebApp.

the optout reason is configured under package.settings, but package.settings doesn't have French language. how to define French optout reason?

I know we can pass our logo in via the package but what I cannot find is any documentation that tells us a preferred size for the logo.
