Hi, We are a use case where we need to merge fields from related contact object into the document before sending it for signing. It was possible using conventions by adding a field mapping. However, through the APEX SDK, I do not find any documentation to achieve the same.

Hi How can i find out from the object docs if a field is mandatory or optional. For example Firstname is mandatory for creating a signer , but the docs dont seem to indicate that it is.

These questions are regarding the Evidence Summaries we have available for each package: – Does the signer role listed have to be unique regardless of a unique package? Example: Package1 – signer1, signer2; Package2 – signer3, signer4; etc and so on.

Hi OSS Community Team, For signer person ui we use OneSpan signing URL (https://sandbox.esignlive.com/authentication?target=https://sandbox.esignlive.com/transaction/{:transactionId}/sign&loginToken=******) to get data, in this case we get HTML page.

I am getting the following exception while trying to create a Package using .withExtractionType(ExtractionType.TEXT_TAGS) for the DocumentBuilder,  Is there a way to use ExtractionType alongside createPackage?

Hello, Let's say I make three transactions offline. When I get connectivity back, the SDK automatically sync the three transactions and I receive data in the callback with didSynchronizeTransaction(). However, I only get a GUID but I don't know which of the three transactions is has been synced.

I am looking for a place to store a signer's role. The idea here is we can store an attribute against a signer that allows us to find the proper signer based on some role in our workflow.

Hi,   We would like to check if it is possible to set up an account for a group, using for example a shared mailbox for the user. Then, people with access to that mailbox would be able to access OneSpan to send documents for signature. Many thanks in advance!
