We are trying to upload the attached PDF (eF2 - Sign.pdf) to eSignLive as a document to sign. It contains a signature block embedded in it.
The error we get while ww upload it from eSignLive portal (image attached herewith) is the same which we get while we try the same using SDK.

Does the handdrawn signature uploaded for a signer only display on signature tags that are 'capture signature' rather than 'click to sign,' or is it possible to use the signer's handdrawn signature for both?
When signing with handdrawn, the signer's signature appears overlap

HelloWe have already looked into all the other discussion regarding this error and nothing really helps. We have customer uploading some PDF that are getting rejected by OneSpan that aren't corrupted, encrytped and don't have NeedAppearances AccroForm flag.

thanks Haris for your input, my next step is to simulate the workflow and working on a POC using SOAPUI ( a freeware I use to test REST services ).
The workflow is straight forward:

I have been trying to upload multiple documents with a post request to '/api/packages' (the sandbox) url and getting getting the error indicating the number of documents sent in the payload is different from what I attached,
Could have a look at the code and let me know, what I am missing?

We were successfully sending transactions and documents to OneSpan until the start of this week when we started receiving the below error. I have also put the invoking code below, it is based on the Apex SDK. It's a weird error as this was working on Friday..
