Hello, we were informed that a change will be coming to the API interactions in the 11.36 version. If we integrate using the Java SDK, is it necessary to upgrade to the latest version of the SDK in order to correctly handle the removed user-agent header?

What happens when the server that is setup to receive callbacks isn't available due to a network issue or an issue with the server itself. Are any attempts made to retry the notification.

Hello,
We started integration with oneSpan and our applications and we are now facing issue with callback notification service.
We have 2 applications which can initate signing process in oneSpan (sales app and hr app). Both has different client apps key configured.

in our current version 11.25, I found for callback event i.e PACKAGE_READY_FOR_COMPLETE, the sessionUser has the account user id information in the request.

Guys,
I've ran across a feature that I cannot seem to test and would love to get some clarification on this.
If I have a signer who has 3 documents to sign. They sign two of the documents and refuse to sign the last document. We then remove the document from the package.

I have registered http://xyz.com/dir/api/CallbackLog/Log as callback Url on account page.
I have also created API controller method
