Hello,   When we create a package and send it to OneSpan, OneSpan sends an email to the customer to inform him/her that there is a document which he/she can sign. In this email, there is also a link to OneSpan where the document is available for signing.
User is already defined for this role

We have a scenario where user should initial on one of the signature fields from a group of fields (like a radio button group). We have multiple questions where we want the signer to initial on one choice.  e.g.

Hi, I'm wondering if there is a timeline on when the next SharePoint Connector update would be released. Currently on eSignLive Web version there an "Attachment" feature which requires signers to upload attachments as part of the signing process.

Hi Team, We are using POST reminders api to schedule reminders. Initialy, we are creating package in DRAFT status.  Secondly, we are calling reminders POST api to set reminders.  As a response, we are getting 404 error.
