Hello, We have created a package . Signed all the roles the package, status is complete but we have not received SIGNER_COMPLETE event for one Signer(Co-Buyer).

I'm trying to update all the roles such as adding and removing a few of them with one API call. I tried: PUT /api/packages/{packageId}/roles ... but I get "500 Internal Server Error".

Hi, We are seeing very slow performance - both in API responses as well as trying to use the web UI. The API is also sporadically returning us 500 errors.

Is it possible to transfer templates in OneSpan? I know we can share out templates when they are created, but what if we have someone that has a lot of templates that everyone uses, and they decide to retire next week.

Hi, We are using the REST API service for eSignLive Integration. Observed that, sign navigation is not being displayed for IOS Device in Safari browser and received the update that this is known issue and will be addressed in Q4 .

Hi, I am getting the exception. Exception "Could not create a new package one step: Object reference not set to an instance of an object". I am on .NET version 4.7 and Newtonsoft 12.
Changing the Expiration Date after a Customer has signed but before we Sign

We would like to give the customer 15 days to sign the Document but then after they have signed to reset the Expiration Date to 90 days for us to counter-sign. In our business, the signature for a customer signifies that we will begin building the Fiber from our location to the customer site.
