I have looked through the eSignLive documentation but without success. When creating a package, is it possible to restrict signers to be able to view certain pages of the document ?

Hello, I am trying to find a way to get a document id. I am currently using a GET to retrieve a template ID that I made ahead of time, and then a POST to clone this template for a new transaction. I am not seeing any specfics on how I can find the document id after doing this. Any suggestions?
Error on deleting a document

Hello, Am receiving the below error on deleting a document. When does this error occur? "Exception":"Silanis.ESL.SDK.EslServerException: Could not delete document from package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.
Hide - Exit Document button

Hi Is there a way to hide the Exit Document button? Can it be done at the account level? When I am creating a package, I am setting the HandOver (href, title, text ) object . Will the hiding it at the account level , override this package level setting. Regards Mario

We have a web UI with the iframe approach for the e-signature ceremony but we appear to lose the signature field when cloning the template. Our steps are as follows:

It would be really great to have more/better callbacks during the customer signature process. For example, when the document is opened, when the customer Accepts the "Electronic Disclosures", etc... This way, we can contact the customer while they are reviewing the app and answer their questions.

Shrink "E-Signed by..." Text

Hello, Is there any way to shrink the size of the E-Signed by text seen in the attachments? We are using hand drawn signatures, and the sign all signatures. The E-Signed by text is fairly big and makes it difficult to see the actual signature. Thanks.
update email after signing started

Hi,   I saw one post in the forum, and saying after signing started, not able to update the signer's email address. but I tried it with SDK call and it seems works for me. anything I missed? thanks, Cindy
