When we have a package that has two signers and one signer has completed signing and the other is still pending, when we perform a check status, we are getting the following error. Could not get signing status. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

Hi, We would like to use the signer_complete event notification so that we get notified on when a signer for a given package has completed signing. Below is the event that we receive but the event has no indication of which signer signed it.

Regarding document extraction, I read the following information from your website, and doesn't mention not support for text area, So what's the tag should put in the PDF file? I tried [Primary01.Capture5.TextArea1], but seems not working, please advise.

I am working on a solution to create a package containing a single document. When I use a .pdf file, this works fine - the document is sent; a signing URL is generated and I can sign. When I try to use a .docx file, I get a HTTP 400.

Hello there, I am trying to send two documents to be signed by the same person. so I am creating two document builders adding the email address to each one of them, but it keeps failing with the error that the email is already in use for this package.
