List field created in template doesn't work on mobile browser other than build-in on Android. The list is just not 'tapable' - neither in 100% view, nor zoomed. Test results: - Chrome 55: fails - Firefox 50: fails - Opera 41: fails - Internet (built-in): works

Hi, In sandbox, with classic UI, I created the package with 'in person' signing enabled, from desktop, I can see the 'in person' dropdown showed in the signing ceremony, but in mobile device, I don't see the dropdown. is it as expected?   thanks, Cindy

Hi, In ceremony layout settings, we have set navigator ( directs the signer to the next available signature) property as true. So, it comes up in desktop, mobile as well but in iPad, it is not showing. Please, let us know how can we solve this issue? Thank you.

Hello,   Create package API is failing with client app authentication whereas the same works with API key.   I used SDK version 11.34 for client app and 11.15 for API key. Can someone please help wth the below issue?

Hello, Am I correct in assuming that the MSS iOS Secure Storage SDK does not support sharing the storage between the app and the app extension? I came across a note (attached screenshot) in the documentation, but I would appreciate some clarification on this matter. Thank you!

Hello, I am testing out the Orchestation Client Sample APK that comes inside de SDK Source Files version 4.23.0 When testing Activation flow on the Client Sample APK, after entering the PIN Number the app shows an error with the message "Unknown Message"

Is there a way to customize what the user sees under the fields and types options in the designer? Basically, is there a way to turn off the mobile signature option in the type menu and the unbound fields (text box, check box, radio button, etc) in the fields menu? Thanks Colleen

With the app Auth-ES Android version 5.0.1, the space is also copied. Users have to remember the generated code to fill it in manually.Users with iOS app doesn't have this issue and the space isn't copied.
