Hello,
I am trying to fill PDF form and upload and then change status to SENT to publish it. But Status SENT is not working. I am facing issue with that. It give error "The requested URL returned error: 400 Bad Request".
I am able to fill PDF form and create a package with a draft in the account.

We have set up our account with maximum allowed KBA failures = 3 but ESL is allowing seemingly unlimited invalid retries. So, signers never get locked and the KBA_FAILURE and SIGNER_LOCKED emails and callback notifications don't get sent.

I'm experiencing an issue when I try to update a signature type from click-to-sign to capture, after a transaction is created.

Hey there,
I have a situation where I have an existing package and I'm trying to add a new document to it with text anchor fields.
The part to create the document is fine, but my issue is to add an extract anchor to it.
From what I've seen, the SDK offers the option to sdk.createDocuments(Str
