Where is the setting to allow external signers to have the same name and email? I cannot find it on the Account Configuration page.

HI Team, How can we allow a particular signer to upload a signature file into the agreement?   I know how to do it from UI but need to do it using salesforce apex code. Right now we are just adding the role as below.

Right now when a potential signer receives an email and clicks the link to view the document, there is no way for us to receive any notifications this has occurred.

Hi See Attachment Here's the DOCUMENT_SIGNED push notification, I can't associate the sessionUser to either signer in the Package object returned from the SDK. (see the screen shot below, I have the signer Ids boxed in red) Is this a known bug with the push notification? Can this be fixed?

I have been using the .NET SDK solidly for about 6 weeks with no issue. My coworker mentioned 2 weeks ago that one day he suddenly could not create a signing package when he could the previous day.
