We need to push our signed documents into an eOriginal vault. The instructions say to push it through a "data" field in the API.

The documentation talks about ApiKeyAuth (being deprecated) and ApiTokenAuth (recommended replacement).
Apparently a "Client Id" + "Secret" is combined to create a "Token" but I don't know how this is done for API's below.
I am not clear on "single use" vs "multi-use".

During the processing in an application a client noticed that below statement takes few seconds (5-10) to execute:
PackageId packageId = eslClient.createPackage(documentPackage);
Can you please let us know how much time this should ideally take?

Hi,
what's the difference between email template 'email.notify.mobile' vs 'email.notify'?
As I known, email.notify is the one send to the signer for signing the document? when the 'email.notify.mobile' is triggered?

I am dealing with a requirement that reads as follows:
Customer must have an actual signature and not an ok box to click.
'Actual' in this case refers to a drawn (or typed) signature. Is there a good way to enable that for one of the signing roles sent up?

Hi,
I am not clean how to use attachment, could you please share an sample code? Also once there is attachment in a package, the sender have to accept this attachment, otherwise the signing ceremony will not be completed?

Today in the eWitness player, when viewing a signing package. We are showing the email message, the subject, the To Address, and the text body of the message. However, we are not seeing the From email address. It would be useful to have this included to help with troubleshooting in the future.
