Hi, I have a requirement where I have a template with placeholders for signers. I need to create a new package from this template and replace the signer Placeholders with actual signer info.
KBA failure max tries not being enforced. Signers never get locked

We have set up our account with maximum allowed KBA failures = 3 but ESL is allowing seemingly unlimited invalid retries. So, signers never get locked and the KBA_FAILURE and SIGNER_LOCKED emails and callback notifications don't get sent.
_x getting removed from package ID

We noticed this morning that when a packageID contains _x something in the Apex SDK is removing it from the string.  We are passing in:

Hi all, I am just getting through a few cycles of testing in the sand box on my way to uploading and populating large form with multiple signers from an external web app. It seems the documentation is not all the clear how to map fields to existing to PDF form fields.
Pre-populate signing date tag in the signing ceremony instead of it just being blank

There are times where we want to merge the signing date but do not just want the tag to result in a blank space in the document. Docusign and other e-signature providers will pre-populate the current date when the signing ceremony is opened.
