1. After a signer completes signing a document, there'll be a "Thank you for for using e-Signlive" pop-up, if it's closed, the sandbox will show the completed form and a link to download it in the header.

I have been using the rest api to create transactions for the signing ceremony. The api returns a token and the transaction id. I have built the url to open it in another browser tab and continue with the signing ceremony.

It would be extremely helpful to enhance the signing ceremony UX. Since it's the core component of an end-user, we would love to see enhancements to the UI/UX to make it a better/more intuitive experience. Below are a couple of items:

Is there a way to get the Completion date of a signing ceremony. I see that it is listed out in the evidence summary. Is it possible to get that using the JAVA SDK.

Hi,
We have been using SMS Authentication for Signing Ceremony. First time when user clicks on link in email, a sms was sent. But after 2hr when user clicks on the same email link again no new code was generated and was able to use the code sent earlier.
If this normal behavior?
