Hello Forum,
Please I am experiencing "offline data - not generated yet". whenever a user authenticate online and with that user will be able to authenticate using offline data. The user is using DAWL Client v2.2 and OAS3.18.
Please what is the cause of this and the way forward.
The following is mentioned in the user guide
In addition, Mobile Authenticator Studio must be customized to collect the userID@domain information in the last step of the offline activation. This userID@domain will be stored in the mobile app, to be used in Push Notification-based authentication and transaction data signing scenarios.
