Hello,
Are we able to have the "signing date" display based on user time zone?
For example, if the customer is accessing eSignLive in a pacific time zone, display signing date with PDT.

Based on eSign documentation and my testing, I didn't see an option for the user to decline on the mobile version. I only saw Opt-out. Is decline not an option for mobile?

In the eSignlive documentation below, it states that we can customize colors for the signing Ceremony. But I don't see any reference to it in any of the sample code or other areas of the document.

Friday, March 3, 2017 at 04:56amIn our tests we've found that if we have Decline enabled as an option in the desktop version, and have Opt-out disabled, the Opt-out button disappears on the mobile version. Based on your comment it should still be visible correct?
If not, in order for opt-out to display in the mobile version, we have to have Opt-out enabled on the desktop.
