I have got into a very weird scenario today. Using Apex SDK to create package in OneSpan. |
We are using Apex SDK to create transaction in OneSpan, we aren't using OneSpan Salesforce Connector. We have API key for authentication. |
I was trying to implement Call back service in Salesforce from One Span. I have implemented all the steps in Salesforce mentioned in Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3. |
I want to understand the bulk API return value. {{baseUrl}}/api/packages/:templateId/bulk_send |

Now, I understand the underlying architecture of OneSpan and their REST services. I've few queries related to Apex SDK, would appreciate if you could clarify.
- Is there any difference between OneSpanSDK and EsignLiveSDK apex class? In most of the example in the one span community EsignLiveSDK is referred, however the Apex SDK installed OneSpanSDK class.
- While creating a transaction from a template and create/distribute the created transaction to multiple recipients using bulk send feature enabled; Is one span create separate transaction for each recipient?
- While retrieving the document from eSignLive, in response, we're not getting any information of the signer.

I've used this code, and transaction is being created successfully but placeholder is not being replaced with actual recipient. Is there something I missed?

Yes, I have created the template from the eSignLive UI. And I have checked the ID is different but howcan I replace the placeholder with real signer?

I cannot use the POST request, but I need to replace the placeholder with actual signer because the template document has placeholder for the signature and those will be remove.
What should be ideal option for this solution.
