Can't create long enum list field

Just got an update. It seems that there is a 1000 character limit on the list field in the new ui. It will eventually be upgraded to 4000 characters and you should be able to add all countries. However, this update will only happen around February next year. As a temporary solution, I would suggest using the classic ui (e-signlive.com) until the update is pushed.

Hi, I'm sorry for lack of details. Thisi s about the UI on esignlive.com (as I mentioned it was working in e-signlive). I try to add List field to one of the documents, with all countries to select from. This is like 240 items, but when I paste the list inside the field it is being cut to about 90 items.

Ah I see. I'm not exactly sure why there is a limitation on the number of items you can add (or number of characters) in a list field in the new UI . I will investigate this and get back to you when I have an update.

Thank you for your quick response. If I'll create the template in the classic ui (e-signlive.com) should I then use the e-signlive.com as a REST API endpoint instead of esignlive.com? Or the template will be available in both endpoints?

Correct. If you create templates in the classic environment (e-signlive.com), then you should use "https://sandbox.e-signlive.com/api" as an endpoint URL. Accounts are not synced between e-signlive.com and esignlive.com domains (you will have different API keys as well).
