Sandbox access lost from one machine but not another

0 votes
We've been using the sandbox for testing. We use the sandbox from our development machines and a server. Everything was fine until a few weeks ago. We cannot get documents signed using the test server. I know we were able to get documents signed using the test server last December. In the meantime, everything works fine from my development machine. The code for signing has not changed since last July. The line of code where the exception occurs is: PackageId id = client.CreatePackage(packageBuilder.Build()); The error is: Error in BQODocumentSigning.aspx for package ID '' [IP: 10.250.50.100]Could not create a new package. Exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Silanis.ESL.SDK.Services.PackageService.CreatePackage(Package package) at Silanis.ESL.SDK.EslClient.CreatePackage(DocumentPackage package) at DocumentSigning.DocumentSession.CreateDocuments(Boolean acceptDocuments, DocumentSigner docSigner, List`1 documents) in C:\VS2005Projects\DocumentSigning\DocumentSigning\DocumentSession.cs:line 148 If you've had this problem, and solved it, I'd appreciate the help.

Hey awerber, My first assumption would be to check the location/path of the document(s) you're pointing at and adding to the package to make sure everything still lines up there. If that's not it, could you share the code in its entirety?

You might also check that you have access to the internet and that IT hasn't changed anything with communication in and out of the server.

Thanks for trying to help. Nothing has changed with regards to the documents created and where they're found on the server for years. I can open web sites from the server in question. My IT people tell me that nothing was done to our server that would prevent using the Sandbox.

Oops, that accepted answer was a mistake on my part.

No worries. I removed the "accepted answer" flag. Would you be able to send me your code? If you cannot post in here, you can send to [email protected]. Are you able to visit your sandbox account UI through the browser on the server?
