V10 vs V11

Hi, so far my organisation have been using v10. we would like to try v11. I have dowonloaded v11 sdk and changed the references. Seems to be working ok. What api url should I be using. If I understand properly new instance does not have - so https://sandbox.e-signlive.ca should become https://sandbox.esignlive.ca the former url is not working for me.

Hey dlukic, The Canadian instances were updated from 10.13.x to 11.0.x not too long ago. The same urls that you were using before should still be working only on the new platform. The login to the UI is still the same: https://sandbox.e-signlive.ca/login Hope this helps.

Are you saying that UI is the same for 10 and 11? I was under impression that there are some signing ceremony changes.

The sender UIs are not the same. The signing UI is the same, for now. There will be an update for that in the not-too-distant future, as well.

So if UI is not the same what is the url for 11. I was told that QR code button does not exists in 11 and we want to use that.

There is no longer a 10 in Canada. The application was updated to 11. eSignLive no longer supplies the QR Code option from the designer to drop into a document. However, the QRCode for Fast Track is still available. What are you trying to do with the QR Code?

Thanks for the screenshot in the email. The new platform actually has both "front ends" available for backwards compatibility. As you notice, new UI urls have /a/transaction/ instead of /packages/. For the new designer URL, fashion your target like this: https://sandbox.e-signlive.ca/a/transaction/eSyhQyEok2zG87OjyZOsnkFMOFM=/designer Hope this helps.
