Hi , How can i disable the sandbox logo in signed pdf documents for your reference attaching screenshot.

You cannot disable the SANDBOX watermark. This is applied to all documents in all transactions in the Sandbox instances of eSignLive. To get access to a Production instance of eSignLive, you would need to go through sales to get a licensed production account set up. Have you done this already? If so, it's just a matter of pointing your code at the proper instance. Let me know.

Thanks Micahel. Our client is using licensed account please let us know whether we need to send specific code to disable this watermark. please let me know the specific changes.
