Hi, Is it possible to change the email attributes which is sent to the recipients: Email Subject EmailBody Can I add a user for CC in the email (UserName and Email). Thanks, Abhijit

Hello Abhijit, You can definitely make changes to the emails templates used within your account. You simply need to contact [email protected]. They will be able to help you with this! :)

So will the email template be same for all recipients? Or we have different Email Subject, Email Body and CC UserName and CC Email configured for each recipients?

The templates are defined on the account level, however, there are variables/placeholders that can be used for certain dynamic package properties. Also, from the API, you have the ability to input a custom email message at either the package level or the signer level.
