Signing Ceremony Speed Issues

Hi, We have eSignLive for both the web and mobile. We've noticed that loading the Signing Ceremony is taking a really long time to load, both in dev and production. Is there any performance update planned in the future? Thanks, Fernando

Hey Fernando, The time that it takes to load is somewhat dependent on internet speed, document size, number of documents, etc. So this is different for everyone. That said, there will be a new signing ceremony for the web in the not-too-distant future. It should be a faster experience. I will try to remember to come back and post in here when there is a definite date/release on that. :)
