What instance of eSignLive are you attempting to connect to?

Thanks Michael in my Salesforce Org under Esignlive Admin website URL: https://sandbox.esignlive.com/ Environment: US New Interface Sandbox. Using Username and password to connect in tab Esignlive Admin I can login into https://sandbox.esignlive.com/a/admin/integration and see my integration api key, username and password with no issue.

Did you follow every step in this guide: http://docs.esignlive.com/content/d_esignlive_connectors_guides/salesforce/salesforce_v4.0/deployment_guide/esignlive_for_salesforce_deployment_guide.htm#Installi Including white listing the Sandbox IP address? Setting up the permissions sets? configuring your user for access? etc? Let me know! If you've done everything in this guide, I'll check with our Salesforce developers about what the issue might be.

Thanks I looked into my salesforce developer org and figured out my issue. I have Salesforce developer org and I was connecting to esignlive sandbox(which is not good) and now I switched over to https://apps.esignlive.com/ and error=redirect_uri_mismatch&error_description=redirect_uri%20must%20match%20configuration is gone

Ah. Sorry. I am not a Salesforce expert by any stretch of the imagination. I assumed when you said developer org that that meant sandbox. I almost asked to clarify, but didn't. My mistake. Glad you found it!

Hi misbahzk,

This is a known issue introduced by Salesforce Winter '24 release. If you had installed the OneSpan Sign for Salesforce Connector 5.0.3 version, you can upgrade to 5.0.4 version via below installation link:
5.0.4 (Released)                    https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t6f000000Thbh
This same link will be available in marketplace in a short time.
