Web Service Throughput Limits

Does E-Sign have any throughput limits for volumes of transactions or web service calls an entity can make in a certain time period of time (i.e. 10,000 calls per hour) -Nate Boettcher NISC

Hi Nate, To my knowledge, I don't believe there is a limit on how many calls you can make in a given time. However, if you do end up spamming our servers, you do run the risk of being blacklisted. I will check with our Product Management to confirm this and get back to you.

I had a quick chat with one of our Product Managers, and it is as I suspected. There isn't really a limit on the frequency of calls you can make. However, if you do end up overloading our servers, you risk having your account blocked.
