Shared email id

Hi, We are integrating eSignLive with an application in our organization and came to know that a shared email address is required for integration. If yes, please advise if a) There is any specific naming convention required for the email address b) Do I need to mention any size limit for receiving/sending email c) Any other particular item I need to take care of during email id creation? Regards,

Hi Seemas, Unfortunately, no two signers can have the same email address in eSignLive.

Well..the question I posted is not for the signers. I have been told by architecture group that a master email id will be required for integrating eSignLive with other applications. Right now, I have registered my id for testing in Sandbox environment but when it's ready to be rolled out in production, it seems a master(generic) email id will be required.

I'm sorry for the confusion. When you'll be ready to go live on production, you'll need to contact your Customer Success Representative to have an account provisioned for you. They will provision an account using an email address of your choice and also give you an API key, which is required for integration.

Thank you Haris. So basically it is "email address of your choice" ...no specific limitations from eSignLive perspective.

The short answer would be no :)
