Callback URL can not work as expected

Hi, There is a confusion when we use the callback function, is there anyone to give some advice? The callback url is based on our application. And this path is correct when running directly in the browser, however there is no reaction after the callback event action. How could I research this issue and is there any way to resolve it ? Thanks in advance.

Hi Haris, Thanks for your quick reply, I have checked the url you listed. However now my callback function doesn't work, I have input the correct url (the url is used to call our application to update data and it can definitely run correctly in the browser) and select the callback function. Is that enough, is there anything else need I to configure?
