Could not create a session token for signer
Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 10:21amWhen trying to create a signing URL in an In Person signing scenario, I am getting the following error when trying to retrieve the SessionToken to use with the URL.
SessionToken sessionToken = eslClientWithHttpProxy.getSessionService().createSessionToken(packageId, signerId);I have validated that the packageId and signerId are populated and correct for the package I am trying to create a signing session for. The error I'm getting is "Could not create a session token for signer."
