Designer URL returns "error.routeNotFound" (.NET SDK)

I'm just starting out with eSignLive and running through the .NET SDK samples.
All the sample code I've tested so far executes fine except for the URL created for the Designer View. I tried for both the New and Classic views but neither works, for both I receive:
{"technical":"This route does not exist.","messageKey":"error.routeNotFound","message":"The requested resource does not exist on this server.","code":404,"name":"Resource Not Found"}
Classic Designer URL:
https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/auth?authenticationToken={token}&target=https%3a%2f%2fsandbox.esignlive.com%2fapi%2fdesigner%2f{packageId}
New Designer URL:
https://sandbox.esignlive.com/auth?senderAuthenticationToken={token}&target=https://sandbox.esignlive.com/a/transaction/{packageId}/designer
Please advise what might cause this, I feel it must be something simple I'm overlooking somewhere.
