Remove the owner from signers list if no documents for owner to sign?

Guys, I am seeing the owner of the account in the signer's dropdown list on documents where the owner isn't a signer. Is there a way to remove that from happening?

Hi Ryan, When signing with notaries, the reason why sender is in the dropdown list (even though sender may not be assigned to any approval) is that sender exists in the "Role" block by default. So from my knowledge, there's no way to avoid having sender's name in that list. Duo

Duo, Just to give you an update, I was browsing the link below and found a boolean option that appears to accomplish what we are looking for here. https://docs.esignlive.com/content/c_integrator_s_guide/rest_api/signing_ceremony_settings.htm The setting is "hidePackageOwnerInPerson". Can you confirm that this does, in fact, hide the owner from the drop down list when signing documents?

Hi Ryan, Thanks for your update and correction! Yes, with "hidePackageOwnerInPerson": true, the sender's name won't appear in the drop down list .Sender's name will show once as the default selection of the list (maybe because of in-person sign has to be accessed from sender's account) and when signer switched, sender's name disappeared. From the attachment, you can see the difference when this setting is configured or not. Thanks again for the correction! Duo
