Moving senders across sandboxes

0 votes
My email address is already set up as a sender with a sandbox that is shared with others. I want to create a separate sandbox where my email is the owner so that I can do some testing without affecting what others are working on. An email address is only to be associated with one sandbox. So my question is this, can we delete my account in the sandbox that it is currently tied to and so that I can create its own sandbox? I wanted to get an idea if this is possible before deleting my account as a sender from it's current sandbox, in case that is irreversible.

Hi Brent, Thanks for the posting! You can only delete your sender and register for another account when you haven't made any transaction, so that you can ask your account owner delete you at his/her Web Portal and you can register for another account. Otherwise, if you already made some transactions, your account can only be suspended. All your transaction records can't be removed at OSS side so that you are not able to register with the same email in the same environment(for example US sandbox v11) In this case, you can only create a new account with different email or test on other sandbox environment like CA sandbox with same email. Hope this could help you! Duo
