Guys, When setting up the user with SMS auth, is there a way to change the default message that shows up when asking for the pass code that was sent via SMS? Thanks, Ryan

Hi Ryan, Yes, it's possible to customize the default SMS message with OneSpan Sign, you can contact our support by [email protected] to customize the SMS template passcode. Hope this could help you! Duo

Duo, Just so we are clear and on the same page, I am talking about the html page and not the actual SMS message that is sent to the phone.

Hi Ryan, Sorry for the misunderstanding, if you are meaning the message on the authentication html page, I think currently we don't have the customization for this. And you can fill up a ER for this feature. Duo
