Single Label Field

Guys, Is there a way to create a single label field without having to associate it to a signer/role? Lets say that I want to create a date label that shows up on a document but not have it tied to any specific signer. Is this possible?

Hi Ryan, The "Visible Labels for Everyone" feature is currently in our ER list, you can also request for yourself on this feature by contacting our support team. And if your workflow allows, you can create a label field with date as value, and tie this to the first signer, the signer 1 can see this as a label and after first signer, subsequent signers can see it embedded into the document already. Hi Ryan, Date fields are binded to signer because it only shows up/triggered when signer confirmed the approval. If you want to add the date when the package is sent, there's a feature called "Field Injection" which may interest you. This feature allows you to inject information like date when creating the package (uploading document, to be more exact). Hope this could help! Duo

Duo, Thanks for the link. In this case, that doesn't help as we are not using form fields.

Duo, That is actually what I planned to do. I was going to tie these into DATE fields and basically copy the style I have now which will associate them to the first signer of the page.
